Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spack.au. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and production process.

Processing and Production Times

All orders are made to order to ensure the highest quality and customisation for each item. Production times are currently estimated at 7–10 business days from the date of order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, production may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will keep you updated and appreciate your patience.

Shipping with AusPost (Australia Only)

We use Australia Post (AusPost) for all domestic shipping, and offer both standard and express shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after production

    • Cost: Free

  • Express Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after production

    • Cost: $15 flat rate

Optional Shipping Cover: For added peace of mind, we offer optional cover for your shipment. If you would like to add cover to your order, please select this option at checkout or contact us directly at support@spack.au. The additional cost will vary based on the value of your order.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or remote delivery locations.

International Shipping (Coming Soon)

International shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada will begin next year. International orders will be subject to different rates and delivery times, and we will provide full details closer to the launch date.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Spack.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will, however, assist in the claims process. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.

For delayed shipments, we recommend checking with AusPost first. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to us.
